DRiV Incorporated in the Americas seeks a Senior Director of Distribution Operations to lead a multi-country network spanning the United States, Mexico, Canada, Brazil and Argentina. This role shapes regional strategy, drives warehousing, transportation, inventory flow, and safety with a focus on cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS in supply chain, logistics, operations management, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in distribution, logistics, or supply chain in manufacturing or aftermarket automotive.
• Multi-site leadership across international operations is required.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation, inventory management, and distribution systems.
• Experience leading operations in North and South America is preferred.
• Proven success driving operational transformation and continuous improvement.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large operational budgets.
• Leadership capability across diverse geographies and cultures.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40–50%.

• Develop regional distribution strategies aligned with growth and performance goals.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, inventory accuracy, and productivity across locations.
• Drive standardized operating procedures and best practices across facilities.
• Own regional budgets, capital planning, and cost management.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive accountability for operations.
• Partner with supply planning, transportation, procurement, and customer service.
• Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across the network.
