Job summary

Howden Group Services Limited is seeking a Project Manager - Corporate Real Estate, Americas on a US East Coast-based, 1-year fixed-term contract. The role oversees capital projects from planning through handover with a focus on the US market, coordinating with IT, HR, Finance and Facilities and traveling to project sites across the Americas.

You will lead office fit-outs, relocations, expansions and refurbishments, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and alignment with workplace

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate real estate, project management or construction.
• Experience delivering office fit-outs and capital projects across multiple locations.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, procurement and change control.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital projects from business case development through planning, design, procurement, construction, handover and close-out.
• Deliver office fit-outs, relocations, expansions, consolidations, restacks and refurbishments across the Americas.
• Develop project briefs, scopes, plans, milestones and responsibilities aligned with workplace standards.
• Chair or support project meetings and track actions across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate readiness, moves and handover to IT and local teams.
• Ensure timely reporting to oversight committees and maintain governance across projects.
