The role partners with Finance, Planning and HR to manage budgets, headcount and T&E, while ensuring accuracy of master files and dashboards.

You will model compensation structures, support new store staffing, and prepare market analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in compensation or related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own the tracking, budgeting and forecasting of annual staff costs for the Americas region with Finance, Planning and HR.
• Maintain accurate staff cost files in collaboration with Global C&B.
• Analyze payroll bridge and explain key drivers of variance to Finance.
• Prepare budget/forecast analyses: costs, payroll, headcount, T&E.
• Review monthly staff costs vs forecast, explain variances and suggest actions.
• Manage T&E budget forecasting and monthly analysis.
• Maintain Master Compensation File and C&B Dashboard for accuracy.
• Prepare headcount reporting and turnover analyses; identify trends with HR.
• Perform compensation modeling and analysis for new structures and incentives.
• Support staffing/compensation for new store proposals with Retail, Finance and HR.
• Oversee HR vendor invoicing and act as primary billing contact.
• Serve as point of contact for compensation changes and offer letters.
• Support biannual performance reviews and compensation cycles.
• Participate in compensation benchmarking surveys and market analyses.
• Track EPLI expenses and report to SVP HR; monitor deductible and remaining balance.
• Monitor wage laws across jurisdictions and advise actions.
• Conduct ad-hoc compensation analyses and projects as needed.
