Job summary

Bondaval is hiring two Commercial Underwriters for the Americas to drive growth with brokers and clients. You will blend underwriting judgment with sales input to price trade credit solutions and structure policies.

You’ll collaborate across risk, product, operations, technology, and marketing to deliver a consistent client experience while expanding the US footprint and supporting Canada growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in trade credit insurance or related underwriting role.
• Exposure to risk underwriting and desire to develop further.
• Familiarity with structuring trade credit policies or eagerness to learn.
• Experience preparing pitches and/or commercial terms is helpful.
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Support broker-driven sales throughout North America.
• Contribute to pricing discussions and deal negotiations under guidance.
• Structure trade credit policies with underwriting support.
• Identify market opportunities and potential prospects.
• Develop sales collateral, pitches, and proposals materials.
