AlixPartners is seeking a strategic, commercially oriented Business Intelligence Director for the Americas. This full‑time role can be based in New York, Boston, Dallas, Southfield, or Chicago, reporting to BI leadership.

You will lead managers, shape research strategies, and translate priorities into actionable insights to drive growth and client impact. Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and practice leaders to deploy AI-enabled intelligence, improve processes, and deliver value

Qualifications

seven or more years in business intelligence, market research, competitive intelligence, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in business, finance, economics, information science, or data analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop managers across industry and practice research.
Set priorities and success measures for the Americas BI team.
Build an inclusive, high‑performing team culture and develop talent.
Provide guidance, feedback, and development support to managers.
Oversee research deliverables: industry trends, market dynamics, competitor intelligence, and client insights.
