Qualifications

  • 5+ years in compensation and benefits, preferably for the Americas.
  • Strong data skills with advanced Excel and reporting ability.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese proficiency required.
  • Experience in EOR/consulting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Administer a comprehensive benefits portfolio for the Americas region.
  • Own the global business travel insurance process.
  • Verify, process and maintain data related to insurance premiums, claims and costs.
  • Partner with Finance to prepare benefits data for management reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with government requirements by studying laws and updates.
  • Monitor benefit utilization by preparing and distributing reports.
  • Provide benefits data to internal team members as required.
  • Resolve questions by interpreting benefit policies and procedures.
  • Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing trends.
  • Work with brokers, platforms and carriers to keep programs efficient.
