Vitrolife Group is seeking a seasoned Manager, Aftersales Americas to lead a regional team of field service and HelpDesk engineers across North and South America. You will drive service excellence, develop talent, and oversee operations while coordinating with distributors and internal partners.

This role requires hands-on field support when needed, travel across the Americas, and a strong customer focus to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement across the service portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading remote, field-based teams across a multinational organization.
• Strong customer focus with ability to balance people leadership and service excellence.
• Experience in healthcare or medical technology is preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of field service and HelpDesk engineers across the Americas.
• Oversee daily aftersales operations and ensure timely technical service.
• Manage distributors and third-party service providers.
