Sargeant Reynolds Community College (Div) Work Location Henrico - 087 Hiring Range Adjunct faculty are paid based on a per-credit-hour rate. This rate is determined by the assigned rank and the discipline being taught. Assigned rank is based on a combination of education and teaching experience. Hiring range is $819-$1,693.

Reynolds is seeking adjunct instructors to teach American Sign Language on campus. This is a part-time adjunct teaching faculty-ranked appointment. Salary commensurate with the experience of the applicant, in graduate education in the field, related full-time occupational employment, and full-time equivalent teaching.

Special Assignments

May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.

KSA's/Required Qualifications

• A masters degree in the teaching field or masters degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours of coursework in the teaching field. Qualifying academic degrees and coursework must be awarded by and/or completed with a regionally accredited institution.
• Demonstrated commitment to student engagement and inclusive teaching practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
