Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Herndon, VA is seeking an AMER Schedule Controls Manager to provide centralized scheduling expertise across the AMER construction portfolio.

You will ensure schedule spec adherence, conduct weekly quality reviews, and drive delivery methodology consistency on the world’s most complex data center builds. Responsibilities include analyzing schedules, validating assumptions, and collaborating with TiPMs, Construction, and Pre-Con teams to ensure on-time delivery with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience taking new design concepts through development to deployment or mass production.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience with power management and power monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly schedule quality reviews on active builds across AMER portfolio.
• Validate GC schedules against committed milestones and inputs for planning cycles.
• Develop and maintain schedules at multiple levels with logic ties and resource loading.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and what-if scenarios for proactive intervention.
• Create schedule reports and dashboards for regional and executive audiences.
• Support field audits to validate schedule accuracy and process adherence.
• Travel domestically up to 50% to support active builds and milestone readiness.
