Job summary

SeniorRide Transportation in Brooklyn, NY seeks an Ambulette Driver to provide non‑medical transportation for clients, loading and unloading patients, and ensuring comfort and safety during rides.

You will operate wheelchair lifts, maintain logs for records and billing, comply with confidentiality policies, and stay in contact with base stations during trips. Valid NYS CDL with Passenger Endorsement and medical exam required.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Commercial Driver License with Passenger Endorsement.
• NYC Taxi and Limousine Paratransit Driver License.
• NYSDMV 19A Medical Examination.
• Ability to assist patients with mobility and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to appointments in non-emergency medical vehicles.
• Carry patients to appointments safely and in accordance with policies.
• Transport patients in non-critical condition and ensure timely service.
• Maintain logs for records and billing purposes.
