Positions available as part-time or full-time with a $30,000 sign-on bonus through 9/30/2026 and referral eligibility. BSN preferred; active Indiana RN or NLC license required. BLS certification required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of RN experience; new grads may apply.

• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Additional Life Support certifications may be required by unit.
• Understanding of legal implications of patient care.

Join Indiana University Health’s Urology Ambulatory Clinic, a fast-paced, patient-centered practice supporting four urologic surgeons and six advanced practice providers, with continued growth on the horizon. The RN plays a vital role in triage, patient assessment, rooming, chart preparation, communicating results and treatment plans, assisting with in-office procedures, and supporting daily clinic operations. This full-time day shift (Monday-Friday) position is based in Bloomington with potential opportunities to support outreach clinics in Morgan, Bedford, and Nashville. This is a full-time, day shift position. Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
