Responsibilities

• Assist physicians by handling instruments and equipment in the OR.
• Prepare the Operating Room for procedures and plan supplies/equipment.
• Maintain sterile technique and correct any breaches immediately.
• Assist in sponge, sharps, and instrument counts per policies.
• Collaborate with OR staff to ensure procedure readiness and safety.
• Position patients and assist with patient transfer after cases.
