Aultman Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Same Day Surgery unit, providing direct nursing care to pediatric and adult outpatient populations. The RN coordinates and delegates care, supervises licensed staff, and ensures timely communication and patient safety.

Candidates should be a Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active Ohio RN license and BLS(RQI) certification; ACLS/PALS via RQI is required for department qualifications. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current, active licensure as a Registered Nurse through the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• AHA BLS training with RQI required.
• ACLS and PALS training via RQI required for department.
• Membership in professional nursing organization preferred.

Responsabilités

• Apply the nursing process: assess, plan interventions, implement and evaluate care.
• Act as patient/resident advocate and collaborate with healthcare team.
• Maintain current knowledge reflecting nursing practice and quality care.
• Exhibit professional standards and communicate patient information timely.
