Job summary

MercyOne Northeast Iowa is hiring an Ambulatory Surgery Unit RN to provide high-quality care for outpatient procedures. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, and supervise LPNs and Patient Care Assistants to maintain safety and comfort.

Full time, 32 hours per week with on-call requirements. Iowa RN license, BLS, ACLS, and Mandatory Reporter certification required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; BSN preferred.
• No prior experience required.
• Current Iowa RN license, BLS, Mandatory Reporter, ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care for outpatient surgical patients.
• Lead and coordinate nursing care with LPNs and aides.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process.
