Job summary

AMSURG is seeking a Full Time RN Center Administrator in Bel Air, MD. You will oversee nursing, operations, credentialing, HR, and quality initiatives in a busy ambulatory center. Collaboration with directors and physicians is essential to maintain patient-centered care.

The role requires an RN license, CPR/ACLS, and 5+ years in healthcare management with ASC experience. Background screening applies; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College/University; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years healthcare-management experience.
• At least 2–3 years ASC experience.
• RN License is required.
• CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Computer literacy; background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational activities for effective daily management.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors, Board Members, and Directors.
• Direct supervision of nursing and patient care.
• Oversee credentialing and HR for medical staff/allied health.
• Lead QAPI activities and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage services provided by contracted vendors.
• Develop and implement policies to meet regulatory requirements.
