Novant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Mount Pleasant, SC. The RN ASC will work in a primary nursing area, cross-trained to other areas, and coordinate telephone pre-admission assessments.

Schedule is four days per week, about 32–36 hours weekly, typically 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional variations based on surgical schedule. Education and licensure requirements apply, including RN licensure and ACLS/PALS preferred.

Qualificações

• Must have as RN with current licensure
• Ability to modify care for age-specific needs
• Proficient in telephone screening and interviewing skills

Responsabilidades

• Assess and prioritize patients across a wide range of conditions, injuries, and acuity levels
• Respond quickly to changing patient needs using critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions in a fast-paced environment
• Educate and advocate for patients and families throughout their emergency care experience
