We are currently seeking an ASC Registered Nurse (RN) at our Mallard Creek Ambulatory Surgery Center.

40 hours per week, typically between 5:00am-7:30pm. OR experience required. PACU experience preferred but not mandatory. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

The ASC Registered Nurse (RN) will embody our values of Quality, Teamwork, Service, and Community. The role requires technical expertise in orthopedic peri-operative nursing and clinical care. Additionally, the nurse will coordinate the telephone pre-admission assessment process for patients in the ASC setting.

Essential Functions:

1. The RN functions as a team member within the ASC, including cross-training in primary areas such as assisting with turnover and other daily operations.
2. Coordinate the telephone pre-admission assessment process for patients.

Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in delivering excellent service to physicians and patients, and participating in high-performing teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an ASC environment, including cross-training and assisting with operational tasks.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing school, college, or university.
• Current NC license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of two years' experience in ambulatory care, with PACU experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
