We are currently seeking an ASC Registered Nurse (RN) at our Mallard Creek Ambulatory Surgery Center.

The ASC Registered Nurse (RN) will exemplify our core values of Quality, Teamwork, Service, and Community. The role requires demonstrated expertise in orthopedic peri-operative nursing and clinical care. The nurse will also coordinate the telephone pre-admission assessments for patients in the ASC environment.

Essential Functions:

1. The RN functions effectively as a team member in an ASC environment, including cross-training in primary areas such as assisting with turnover and other daily operations.
2. Responsible for coordinating telephone pre-admission assessments for ASC patients.

Skills and Abilities:

• Experience delivering excellent service to physicians and patients, and participating in high-performing teams.
• Ability to function as a team member across various ASC operations through cross-training.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing school, college, or university.
• Current NC RN license/registration.
• Minimum of two years' ambulatory care experience, including PACU experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, typically between 5:00 am and 7:30 pm. OR experience is required. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS are required.
