Job summary

Clearway is seeking an ASC Manager to coordinate clinical functions at the Company’s Ambulatory Surgery Centers. You will ensure staffing, supply ordering, and regulatory compliance while also filling in as a Registered Nurse as needed.

Primary duties include coordinating staff, maintaining supplies, training personnel, and overseeing patient safety and quality of care across multiple rooms and facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate degree with two years of Operating Room experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Proficiency with Internet and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Current Florida Registered Nurse licensure required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong customer service.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Flexible schedule; strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Able to pass Level II Background screen; influenza vaccination; two-step PPD; regulatory competencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing for ASC rooms to meet procedural needs and patient safety.
• Manage supply ordering and inventory for clinical needs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (AAAHC, ASPEN, Florida DOH) for FL ASC facilities.
• Train staff and conduct in-services; participate in drills as required by regulators.
• Coordinate patient case reviews to verify ASA qualifications and facility guidelines.
• Oversee room assignments across multiple rooms to optimize throughput.
• Supervise equipment maintenance, biomedical checks, and procurement.
