Qualifications

• Minimum one-year licensed RN experience in OR (other procedural areas considered).
• Licensed RN with no OR experience enrolled in PeriOp101 program.
• Ability to document assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and formulate care plans.
• Carry out the plan of care and supervise the health care team.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise care plans as needed.
