Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Nursing or related field required.
• Equivalent work experience may substitute degree.
• Minimum 3 years direct experience or related experience.
• Experience in outpatient healthcare operations or similar service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive patient, physician, and employee satisfaction metrics for the operation.
• Lead governance body, Medical Director, overlap hospitals, and team partnerships.
• Lead business development for the center through networking and relationships.
• Lead feasibility research for adding service lines and optimizing case mix.
• Coordinate with internal corporate teams (recruitment, legal, risk, HR, accounting, etc.).
• Work with Business Office to manage budgets and monitor accounts receivable/payable.
• Ensure facility compliance with local, state, federal, and accrediting body rules.
• Manage controllable costs such as labor and expenses.
• Negotiate contracts leveraging GPOs to benefit the center.

Education
