Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nursing or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years direct experience or related experience.
• Experience in outpatient healthcare operations or similar service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive patient and physician satisfaction and employee engagement for the operation.
• Lead governance and partnerships with the center's governing bodies and medical directors.
• Lead business development, feasibility research, and market knowledge to grow the center.
