Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare with 5+ years in business/service line development within acute care settings.
• Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration required.
• Proven ability to develop and motivate teams to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Active membership in professional associations and community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the North Texas Division direction for business/service line development, marketing, physician relations and community outreach.
• Lead targeted growth initiatives including managed care programs, service line development, physician group development and new business development.
