This senior leadership role reports directly to the CEO and will own the P&L, surgical service lines, coding, procurement, patient experience, facilities, credentialing, and payor contracts.

The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare leader capable of strategic thinking while maintaining strong operational and financial control.

Responsibilities

• The ASC administrator will oversee the full surgery center operation and drive operational excellence.
• Manage P&L, financial performance, and provider credentialing.
• Oversee coding and documentation, patient experience, procurement, and payor contracts.
• Lead facilities management and strategic staffing.
