Job summary

North Austin Surgery Center, part of the HCA Healthcare family, seeks a Surgery Center Administrator to lead operations, drive high patient and physician satisfaction, and partner with physician equity partners and corporate teams. You will oversee budgeting, service-line feasibility, and contract negotiations to uphold clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Nursing or related field is required.
• Equivalent work experience may substitute degree requirement.
• Minimum 3 years direct experience or related experience in outpatient healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive patient, physician and employee satisfaction metrics for the operation.
• Lead governance with the center's Governing Body and Medical Director.
• Develop and maintain the center's network and market knowledge.
• Assess new service lines and optimize case mix feasibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams for recruitment, risk management and financial reporting.
• Partner with the Business Office to manage budgets and accounts.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal and accrediting rules.
