Memorial Hermann Surgery Center North Loop is seeking a motivated Clinical Director to lead our Ambulatory Surgical Services team. You will manage day-to-day OR operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate with the ASC Administrator to ensure fiscal accountability and high-quality patient care.

You will oversee staff credentialing, safety measures, risk management, and performance evaluations, while cultivating staff development and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations

Qualificações

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• BSN or higher degree preferred.
• Current TX RN license; BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of the operating room.
• Oversee budgeting and resource planning.
• Plan and supervise patient care and administrative operations.
• Recruit and schedule staff; assign cases.
• Provide staff with clinical training and development opportunities.
• Evaluate performance and enforce disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
