Qualifications

• Illinois RN licensure is required or eligibility.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and supports patient education.
• Collaborates with health care team to promote effective care.
• Verifies and implements orders and documents in EMR.
• Engages patients/families to develop educational plans.
• Responds to changing patient needs and prioritizes care.
• Acts as charge nurse when assigned and supports staff development.
