ChenMed is seeking a Network Specialist to provide direct patient care in ambulatory health centers, with occasional roles in other settings. The position requires medical degree, state licensure, and board certification preferred.

You will conduct exams, review histories, interpret results, and develop care plans, while documenting thoroughly per ChenMed standards. Expect up to 75% market travel and collaboration with PCPs.

Formación

• Medical degree and state licensure are required.
• Board certification in the specialty is preferred.
• Current DEA and DPS registration is required.
• Minimum two years of direct work or intern experience.

Responsabilidades

• Sees patients, collects medical history, and documents visits.
• Performs exams and tests to evaluate endocrine issues.
• Analyzes labs and symptoms to reach a diagnosis.
• Develops and explains the treatment plan to patient and family.
• Provides clinical advice for disease management and lifestyle changes.
• Follows up with PCP and other providers for total well-being.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge and may train staff.
• Travel within the market up to 75% as needed.
