Job summary

ChenMed is seeking a licensed/board-certified or board-eligible clinician to join our specialty-focused network. The role involves direct patient care in ambulatory settings, with possible duties across acute care, SNFs, or home settings, depending on assignment.

Responsibilities include patient history review, exams, diagnosis, treatment plans, education, and coordination with PCPs and specialists. A medical degree and state license are required, with board certification preferred and DEA/DPS

Qualifications

• Medical degree and state license required.
• Board certification preferred.
• Current DEA and DPS registration.
• Minimum two years of direct clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• See patients and review medical history, document visits.
• Perform exams and interpret results for endocrine-related issues.
• Develop treatment plans and provide patient education and follow-up.
• Coordinate with PCPs and other specialists to optimize care.
• Review and renew prescriptions and advise on care plans.
• Keep up to date with advances in the specialty.
