ChenMed seeks a Network Specialist to provide direct patient care within ambulatory centers, with potential activity in acute care or SNF settings. Will handle assessments, medical history, exams, and treatment planning per ChenMed standards.

The role requires medical degree, state license, DEA/DPS registrations, and at least 2 years of direct experience; travel within the market up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited school and licensed to practice in state required.
• Board certification in specialty preferred.
• Current DEA and DPS Certificate of Registration.
• Minimum two (2) years of direct work or intern experience.

Responsabilités

• See patients and review medical history; log visits and maintain records.
• Conduct exams and tests to assess endocrine issues.
• Analyze labs and symptoms to reach diagnoses.
• Develop and explain treatment plans; monitor progress.
