Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a patient services associate to greet visitors, verify demographics and insurance details, and help patients with co-pays and consent forms. The role emphasizes strong communication and the ability to navigate busy clinical settings.

The successful candidate will assess patient needs, coordinate with financial counseling and interpreter services, and refer to the appropriate team. A High School Diploma is required, with preference for higher education.

Hiring Range:

$16.54 - $29.76 (based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week).

Please note that the final offer will vary based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
