Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree OR High school diploma AND three (3) years of healthcare experience.
• Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.
• State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable), as required for regulated areas.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, implements and evaluates the delivery of patient care.
• Develops, implements and supports strategies for the delivery of quality patient care.
• Monitors and evaluates quality of care.
• Collaborates with Medical Director to ensure program goals are established and achieved.
• Directly supervises staff within clinical unit including Nurses and support staff.
• Reviews trends to develop long range plans for budget needs.
