Job Description: Ambulatory Services Housekeeper at Crothall Healthcare

We are hiring immediately for full-time Ambulatory Services Housekeeper positions at Crothall Healthcare.

Location: UPMC Ambulatory - 1025 W Harrisburg Pike, Middletown, PA 17104 (Online applications accepted only).

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Thursday, 8:00 pm - 2:30 am; Friday 6:00 pm - 12:30 am. More details available during interview.

Requirements: Previous experience preferred but not required. Willing to train!

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Performs specialized cleaning duties to disinfect ambulatory healthcare facilities, including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, and specialty areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Disinfect surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dust and polish furniture, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Clean reception glass and entrance windows.
• Move and realign chairs, waste bins, and equipment for cleaning.
• Clean floors, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning carpets and upholstery.
• Collect and dispose of trash and biohazardous waste properly.
• Replenish supplies like soap, sanitizer, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of equipment and storage areas.
• Work with alarm systems to arm/disarm as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
