Job Title: Ambulatory Services Housekeeper

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Ambulatory Services Housekeeper positions at Crothall Healthcare.

Location

UPMC Ambulatory - 4315 Londenderry Road, Harrisburg, PA 17104. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule

Full and part-time schedules, Monday - Friday, 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirements

Previous experience preferred but not required. Willing to train!

Pay Rate

$15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Performs specialized cleaning duties to disinfect ambulatory healthcare facilities, including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, and specialty areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Disinfect surfaces with provided chemicals.
2. Dust and polish furniture, vents, window sills, and ledges.
3. Clean reception glass and entrance windows.
4. Move chairs, waste bins, small equipment, scales, and realign items for proper cleaning.
5. Clean floors through sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming; perform carpet and upholstery spot cleaning.
6. Collect and dispose of trash and biohazardous waste; perform routine cleaning of waste containers.
7. Replenish soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.
8. Maintain equipment, tools, and storage areas in clean condition.
9. Work with alarm systems to arm and disarm.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
