Job Description

The ASR II is responsible for providing assistance to patients in a friendly and courteous manner. This includes check-in and check-out functions, registration, and cashiering. The ASR II must maintain a neat and professional appearance and keep an organized work area.

  • Register patients accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cashiering responsibilities.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and organized workspace.

  • Salary Range: $39,179 - $48,397 (based on experience and qualifications)
Qualifications
Education
  • Required: High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Experience
  • Required: 1+ years of face-to-face customer service experience, cash handling, or collections.
  • 6 months experience in a healthcare or service-related environment.
  • OR experience as KSC ASR I or in related roles with Epic Front Desk training or Managed Care experience.
Skills
  • Computer proficiency, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic Math skills and confidentiality awareness.
  • Preferred: EMR/Epic experience, bilingual in English/Spanish.
Additional Information

Fluent in English required. Professional appearance and demeanor necessary. Bilingual skills are a plus. Office environment.
