Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kansas (KSBN) required.
• BSN preferred; clinic experience helpful.
• Demonstrates safety, legal, and patient rights awareness.
• Proficient in math for medication dosing and calculations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management for a group of patients per wound care guidelines and documents related records.
• Develops prioritized, goal-directed care plans based on patient problems and outcomes.
• Delivers direct patient care, conducts assessments, administers medications and treatments.
• Prepares equipment and assists providers during examinations and procedures.
• Documents accurately in patient records; reviews charts and test results.
• Triages calls, instructs patients and families on medications and care instructions.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and clinical education.
