Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH, seeks a Registered Nurse with pediatric experience to join our team. The role emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention, and family-centered care across the care episode. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm; strong clinical skills and teamwork are essential.
Candidates must hold an Ohio RN license, BLS, and ACEN/CCNE-accredited training. BSN preferred, with an expected plan to complete BSN within five years of start date.
Monday-Friday 830am-5pm, previous pediatric experience preferred.
Emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention as they assist patients and families to move rapidly, uneventfully, safely, and as effectively as possible through their episode of care. Delegates, oversees and provides quality, safe and developmentally appropriate patient care.
Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school, required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred. Must successfully complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio, required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, required.
Three years of pediatric clinical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
