MLK Community Healthcare in Los Angeles, CA seeks an RN Ambulatory Clinical Supervisor to oversee daily operations of outpatient clinics and ambulatory services across multiple sites. The role ensures high-quality patient care, adheres to regulatory standards, and supports department leadership in workflow optimization.

This on-site supervisory position requires RN licensure, 2+ years leadership experience, and bilingual Spanish/English.

Formación

• Associates degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification requiring formal education preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support for Providers, by American Heart Association (AHA)
• Advanced Life Support certification (ACLS), by American Heart Association (AHA)
• Registered Nurse with at least 2yrs of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, home care, nursing home setting or health facility within the last 5yrs.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a health care setting
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, electronic medical records and ability to learn new applications easily.
• Demonstrates ability to supervise and direct administrative personnel.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day operations of ambulatory clinic(s).
• Ensure staff deliver high quality, compliant patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other departments to improve access and efficiency.
• Manage budgets, resources and reduce costs while maintaining quality.
• Hire, train and supervise staff; assess performance and development.
