Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing interventions as part of ambulatory care team.
• Collaborate with providers and support staff to ensure timely patient care.
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, chronic disease management, and medications.
• Document all patient interactions in EMR per standards.
• Coordinate care including triage, vaccinations, and test results management.
• Support quality improvement and adherence to nursing protocols.
