Job summary

Atlantic Health System in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide ambulatory patient care within our interdisciplinary team. The RN will assess health status, develop and evaluate the care plan, and ensure safety and quality outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

You will collaborate with physicians, navigate EMR systems, and participate in ongoing training to maintain compliance with NJ Nurse Practice Act. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Valid NJ RN License.

Responsibilities

• The RN in ambulatory practices functions as an integral member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team in providing patient care.
• The RN systematically collects and assesses data related to patient health status to develop, execute and evaluate the plan of care.
• The RN utilizes evidence to drive clinical decisions and practice related to individual and population health.
• The RN considers factors related to safety and effectiveness in planning and delivering care.
• The RN must pass required training to obtain security access (EMR, department competencies).
