Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN license valid in the State of New Jersey.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Ambulatory care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide patient teaching, triage, and documentation in Epic.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance; ensure safe care delivery.
• Collaborate with the care team and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Handle in-basket tasks, pharmacy communications, and appointment scheduling.
