Job summary

Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse, Ambulatory, to apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while coordinating with the care team.

You will teach patients, triage and document in Epic, uphold HIPAA and PRIDE values, and participate in quality improvement and safe, patient-centered care across the continuum.

Preferred qualifications include ambulatory experience and a BSN; RN license in NJ and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in New Jersey with current BLS.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide patient teaching, triage, and documentation in Epic.
• Ensure privacy, safety, and timely clinical response.
• Collaborate with care team and support quality improvement.
• Maintain documentation and communication with team.
