Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• RN license and state certification required; ACLS/BLS as applicable.
• BSN preferred.
• Ambulatory clinic leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to lead clinical teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the clinical team; hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across the department.
• Oversee budgeting for staffing, equipment, and supplies.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinicians to improve care quality and efficiency.
• Implement processes to improve patient care outcomes and reduce costs.
• Coordinate environment and safety checks for assigned facilities.
• Adhere to HIPAA and health and safety policies and conduct annual compliance training.
