The ThedaCare Physicians - Peds Appleton location is seeking an RN for ambulatory care. Schedule: Monday–Friday with variable days, 7:00am–7:00pm, weekend rotation. The role emphasizes patient-centered, evidence-based nursing across the continuum with interprofessional collaboration.

Requirements include ADN with RN licensure in Wisconsin and BLS. The position supports professional development and a team-focused environment within ThedaCare’s values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• ADN required.
• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• American Heart Association BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes nursing process and evidence-based practice to assess patients.
• Plans care in collaboration with interprofessional team.
• Demonstrates clinical expertise in assigned specialty.
• Identifies ways to improve patient experience and lower costs.
