Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited nursing program required (BSN or ADN).
• BLS provider (American Heart Association) required prior to hire.
• Current Registered Nurse license for State of Illinois.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments including vitals and history; develop care plans.
• Perform initial nurse triage to prioritize care and determine next steps.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other providers; manage treatments and follow-ups.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage scheduling and admin tasks.
