Trinity Health is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse for Loyola University Medical Center’s Ambulatory department. The role involves 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends, supporting Tinley Park and Burr Ridge locations, and providing comprehensive patient care in a team-oriented setting.

You will conduct thorough assessments, triage, educate patients, and document care while coordinating with physicians and other providers.

Formación

• Diploma from an accredited school of nursing (BSN/ADN).
• Current RN license in Illinois.
• BLS certification required before hire.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vitals.
• Perform nurse triage to prioritize care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other providers.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and lifestyle.
