Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, day-shift role to support ambulatory services at Loyola University Medical Center. You will triage, assess, educate, and coordinate care for diverse patient populations while contributing to high-quality, compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• A Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing is required (BSN or ADN).
• Current BLS provider (American Heart Association) required prior to hire.
• Current Registered Nurse License – State of Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, including vital signs and history.
• Perform initial nurse triage to determine urgency and next steps for care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and specialists to manage treatments and follow-ups.
• Educate patients and families on managing conditions, medications and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle scheduling and administrative tasks.
