Advocate Health is seeking an Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an ambulatory setting, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and upholding professional practice standards. Completion of an accredited nursing program, an active Illinois RN license, and BLS certification are required.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 4 x 10-hour shifts, 7:30am–4pm, with no holidays or weekend shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Aufgaben

• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred.
• Schedule: M - F 4 x 10-hour Shifts. No Holiday or weekends. 7:30am - 4pm.
• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
