The Staff RN - Ambulatory Services at Froedtert ThedaCare in Wisconsin provides collaborative, patient- and family-centered care across clinics. You will assess health status, develop and execute plans of care, and apply evidence-based practice with safety and fiscal awareness in mind.

Major duties include ACLS and rhythm interpretation, advanced life support, patient education, and care coordination. A Wisconsin RN license and BLS are required; a BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license or multi-state license (NLC).
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred or required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Perform direct patient assessment, implement plan of care and collaborate with the interprofessional team.
• Provide ambulatory care including advanced life support, rhythm interpretation, and medication administration per protocols.
• Educate patients and families; coordinate care across settings; participate in quality improvement initiatives.
