Job summary

ThedaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Ambulatory setting. The role supports patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum and works with an interprofessional team to improve outcomes.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–5:00 pm, no weekends or holidays. New grads welcome. Licensure in Wisconsin required; BSN preferred; BLS required. ThedaCare offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)

Responsibilities

• Assess the physical condition and nursing needs of patients using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to develop and implement care plans.
• Deliver age-appropriate, evidence-based nursing care and advocate for patients.
• Identify ways to improve patient experience and streamline care while controlling costs.
